Is there an MOQ / SKU?

MOQs sound like limits to us. There are no limits with VapeWild. We simply do not believe in their existence. Buy 1, buy 100, buy 1000; we don’t care. Just buy ‘em!

Is there an MOQ for total dollar amount?

Did you NOT read what we just said about limits? Don’t place us inside a box! We’re peacocks, you gotta let us FLY!

Difference between VW pre-steeped and retail website?

Pre-steeped e-liquids come retail ready, out the box, just as they are. They are shrink wrapped and can be shelved the minute they arrive, minus what you take for yourself. They come with no steeping instruction cards, like plastic bottles. Instant gratification baby!

Free shipping? What dollar amount do I need to spend to get free shipping?

Because we know you’ll be ordering by the pallet, orders $750 and over qualify for free domestic shipping (including AK and HI-we see you outlying states!). Hardware only orders are excluded.

Processing fee (cc)?

Fees? What are those? Pesky little things aren’t they? That’s why we don’t charge them.

What is your turn around time?

Depending on the size of your order, you can expect a 24 hour turnaround from order placement to departure from our facility. If your order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, shipments will go out the following Monday. Yeah, we give our team some downtime on the weekends. They’re demanding like that.

What company do you use for shipping (USPS / FedEx / UPS, etc)?

For domestic orders, we use FedEx; international orders ship through DHL. Pretty standard stuff here.

How can VW help take my business to the next level? (social media, swag, parties, etc)

With a strong social media presence, we do shop shout outs weekly to over 100k followers, include swag in every single order (do with it what you will), and promote our stores when retail customers seek a location near them. We even have a shop directory on our retail site!

Do I have to sell at MAP?

We only ask that you advertise at MAP (manufacturer’s advertised price). Fair enough, right?

Can I do store wide specials / sales below MAP?

You can, but only for a limited time. We know what we said about limits earlier, but stop living in the past.

If there is a problem, who do I contact?

Your account manager is available to answer any question you have. They are expert problem solvers and bend over backwards to help our brick and mortars have a strong presence. Okay, they don’t physically bend over backwards but they may contort themselves in a Twister-like way to solve your problem. Isn’t that kind of the same thing?

Do you accept hardware returns on defective product, or do I need to go direct to manufacturer (warranty)?

We only accept hardware returns on the Aleader Funky 160W mods. All other brands should go directly to the manufacturer. Our area of expertise is dank e-liquid, not circuit boards.

What if I buy flavors / nic strengths that are slow to move? Is there a swap out program? How does it work?

Whoa, whoa! Slow down with all the questions! Nah, just kidding, talk to your account rep! We’re always happy to work with you on stuff like this. We’re accommodating like that.

I have a bunch of e-liquid that isn't moving from a different vendor? Is there a buy back / swap out program?

Man, you drive a hard bargain. Lucky for you, we’re easy to work with so reach out to your account rep. We’ll see what we can do for you. You’ve heard the saying about scratching backs, right?

Do you offer a starter pack of e-liquids at one standard rate?

Since there is no MOQ, we will be happy to customize a starter kit that will fit your needs. Now THAT’S service!

Do you accept Behalf, PayPal, Chase Quick Pay, etc?

We currently accept credit cards through the web site. We do not accept Bitcoin, Monopoly money, wooden nickels, or IOU’s. If you want to pay another way, talk to your account rep.

If I buy a large quantity, can I get a discount?

Only if you promise to buy large quantities all the time. Just kidding, contact your account rep for more information. Again, we’re always happy to work with our loyal customers!

I received a message saying "We don't have enough XYZ stock on hand for the quantity you selected. Please try again." What are my options?
